How Rebranding Increased High-Ticket Sales for Wellness Company, That Healing Feeling

Faith Ashenden, CEO and founder of That Healing Feeling, is a neurohacking coach who helps women with chronic illnesses reprogram their subconscious minds and regulate their nervous systems to heal chronic symptoms. Initially, Faith’s team reached out for a podcast cover redesign, feeling that the existing design no longer aligned with her brand. However, after assessing her branding and business goals, we determined that a full luxury wellness rebrand would be a more impactful solution before tackling the podcast cover.

We wanted the new brand to exude authority while maintaining a serene, calming aesthetic. It needed to be irresistible, clearly communicate its value, and make Faith’s programs so compelling that they would sell themselves.

Strategy: How We Achieved a Successful Luxury Wellness Brand

We started with an in-depth strategic approach:

  • Identifying Ideal Clients: We crafted detailed buyer personas, mapping their journey to That Healing Feeling. Most of Faith’s clients were Type-A, wellness-focused women who had exhausted traditional and alternative healing methods before finding her program.
  • Competitive Analysis: We studied Faith’s biggest competitors to ensure her brand stood out while maintaining the luxury, trust, and credibility expected in the wellness space.
  • Brand Positioning: We positioned That Healing Feeling as a premium, results-driven solution—offering a transformative experience rather than just another wellness program.

The Step-by-Step Strategic Branding Process

Discovery Phase: We conducted a two-hour deep dive with Faith to explore her brand’s current state, ideal audience, competitors, and marketing strategies. We compiled these insights into a complete Customer Chemistry Blueprint, outlining the new brand transformation strategy.

Brand Direction: We established a visual and strategic foundation for the brand. The aesthetic needed to be natural, calming, and contemporary—aligning with the beauty and wellness products her clients already trusted. Neutral, earthy colors and feminine, sophisticated typography were chosen to create an instant sense of connection and credibility.

Logo Development:

  • First Iterations: The initial logo designs had the right color and font direction but lacked the refined sophistication Faith desired. They felt too bold and did not fully convey the brand’s premium positioning.
  • Final Iterations: We refined the typography, opting for an all-caps logo with subtle, elegant modifications. A unique design element was added—a small, abstract brain incorporated into the letter ‘A’—symbolizing the subconscious transformation at the core of Faith’s work.

Podcast Cover Creation: Faith received direction for a brand photoshoot that aligned with her new brand transformation. We then edited a close-up shot, incorporating shadows and textures to allude to subconscious work—a key part of her coaching methodology.

Website Design: Inspired by luxury yoga studios and high-end architecture brands, we designed sales pages that conveyed a sense of serenity and exclusivity. The high-ticket group coaching program was positioned as a virtual retreat, making the investment feel both aspirational and natural to her ideal clients.
